The Nilkamal F560 is a high-resolution inkjet printer using continuous inkjet (CIJ) technology, which is one of the most developed types of inkjet technology used in industrial coding. The Nilkamal F560 is an inkjet printing system that offers five line printing, barcode printing, and personal computer integration with a speed of 320 m/min, thus it is reliable inkjet coding equipment for production lines that cannot afford downtime.
The F560 is built for high-performance production environments that need:
If you're running a single line with lighter coding needs, the F540 may be a better fit. If you need pigment printing for dark or non-porous substrates, look at the F580.
Continuous inkjet is an inkjet technology which involves firing a steady stream of ink drops with only those being charged and deflected that are used to create characters while the remaining drops are recycled. This technology makes it possible for the F560 to print very quickly on virtually any type of surface – flat, curved, porous, or nonporous, without having to come into contact with or dry off. That is how CIJ becomes the preferred category of inkjet printing machine.

F560 finds wide usage in the following sectors:
As a 5-line label printer which supports barcodes, the F560 fits well for industries which require a combination of man-readable codes (date/batch/MRP) and machine readable codes (barcodes/QR codes) in one single pack without using two different printers.
